We work by appointment so that we can give you our full attention. Together, over a cuppa and a biscuit, we will talk through your ideas for a last gift to your loved one or friend. We will help you decide what works and what suits their style and personality, and work to any budget you may have.

When will the funeral flowers be delivered?
All of our funeral flowers are delivered to the funeral director the day before the funeral, or 2 hours before on the day.
How much notice do you need?
Many of our tributes need 2, 3 or 5 working days' notice. Please order as early as you can, and if the funeral is soon, please call us on 0114 273 7689 before you order.
How do I give the funeral details when I order online?
At checkout, please enter the funeral director as the recipient, with their address for delivery. Then put the deceased's name, the date and time of the funeral and your card message in the Gift Message box, with any ribbon colour or name you would like. The box holds up to 200 characters. For the delivery date, please choose the day before the funeral. If the funeral is on a Monday, please call us on 0114 273 7689 before you order, as we are closed on Sundays.
Can we talk through our wishes with you first?
Yes. We offer a free consultation to talk through your wishes and to make sure your flowers reflect the personality of your loved one. We work by appointment, and consultations are available on Saturdays too. Call 0114 273 7689 or 07368 892404, or send the form below, to arrange a time.
Do you make artificial tributes for graves?
Yes. Artificial funeral flowers are a lasting tribute for funerals and memorial services. They do not wilt or die, and can stay at gravesides or memorial areas for a long time without needing to be replaced. Can you make a personal or bespoke tribute?
Yes. We create personal tributes to reflect hobbies, interests and memories, from names and letters to football club colours and badges. If you need something specific, please contact us so that we can make sure your flowers reflect your sentiments.
Which funeral directors do you deliver to?
We deliver to funeral directors across our local delivery area around Sheffield, Rotherham and Dronfield. Delivery is £5.00, £6.50 or £8.00, depending on the funeral director's postcode. If you are not sure whether we deliver to your funeral director, just give us a call on 0114 273 7689 and we will be happy to help.
Can I order by phone?

Can I send flowers to the family's home instead?
Yes. Our Florist's Choice flowers are a thoughtful way to send love and support to family and friends. Just choose a colour and one of our four sizes, or a hatbox or basket arrangement, and we will do the rest. You will find them under Florist's Choice or Sympathy in the Shop menu. Order by 2pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. If you need flowers the same day, please call 0114 273 7689 before 11am, Monday to Saturday.
